Ashley Bowerman

Ashley Bowerman is the evening news anchor for KBTX's 4 p.m., 6 p.m., and 10 p.m. newscasts.

She joined the KBTX team in July 2026.

A proud Texas native, Ashley grew up in Boerne and graduated from Texas State University in 2019. Her news career has taken her across the country, anchoring and reporting on breaking news and major local stories at WSFA in Montgomery, Alabama, and KOLD in Tucson, Arizona, before making her way back home to the Lone Star State.

When she isn't behind the desk or out in the field, Ashley loves exploring the local food scene, shopping, and spending quality time with her husband, their daughter Olive, and their extended family in Central Texas.
